Hi friends, Spring is almost upon us and we have many exciting new projects coming up. We are looking to book a date for the return of our Epic Sleepover. As soon as we have a venue and date confirmed we will communicate this with you. World Space Week is coming up in October and we will be hosting Jim Adams, the former Deputy chief Technologist at NASA. We will be in Cape Town and possibly Durban. As soon as the dates and venues are finalized, I will keep you posted. I am excited about traveling to the Republic of Ireland again in October for their National Maths week to run more activities all over the country. I am currently setting the Living Maths Olympiad papers for 2023 and if luck works in our favour we will be able to host it earlier this year but still offer the same end dates as previous years to allow more schools to participate. We have been running Bingo evenings, birthday parties and various online events. August has been a very busy month. Finally, our 4th cycle of online classes will commence on the 31st of August - see information below. Don't forget to sign up for the online interview about Bullying taking place on 30 August. Details can be found below. ONLINE CLASSES Our fourth online Cycle will be starting up for students from K-9: Please note that the classes will take place only on Thursdays. Online INTERVIEWS - We have some awesome interviews we are hoping to line up. We will commence these from August and schools from around the world will be invited to join in live and students get to ask questions too! * Join us as we interview Izzy Kalman, a psychologist that specializes in dealing with Bullies. The interview will take place on 30 August at 6pm (South African time), 12pm (New York time) and 7pm (London time).
